J. Douglas Gray

J. Douglas Gray is Managing Partner of Marshall Street Capital, an investment and advisory firm he founded in 2015. Prior to establishing Marshall Street Capital, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Everett Smith Group and held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and other financial institutions.

Doug currently serves on the Boards of Trustees of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He is also active on several investment and finance committees supporting higher education and healthcare organizations.

He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Miami University and attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
