EVANSTON, Ill.–There are no all-inorganic CsPbl3 solar cell devices, according to a new study by Northwestern Engineering Professor Mercouri Kanatzidis. Instead, because of precursor solution decomposition forming the organic DMA cation, they must be formulated as Cs1-xDMAxPbl3 devices. Read the entire study in Nature Communications.
