Joanne is the Executive Administrative Assistant to Professor Chad Mirkin, head of The Mirkin Group and International Institute for Nanotechnology. Prior to her employment at Northwestern University, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for over 17 years at a not-for-profit organization that accredited education programs at colleges, universities, and hospitals. She also holds a BA in Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago.
