The Kabiller Prize recognizes researchers who have made exceptional advances in nanotechnology and its application in the field of medicine and biology that have the potential to improve the quality of life for future generations.
The $250,000 prize is awarded to one outstanding individual chosen by an international committee of experts every other year.
This year, nominations were accepted until May 15, and the winner will be announced in September. The winner will also be a featured speaker at the 2017 IIN Symposium.
