EVANSTON, Ill.—Northwestern Engineering Professor Horacio Espinosa will receive the Prager Medal from the Society of Engineering Science for his contributions “to the multiscale experimental characterization of novel materials and nanosystems.”
Professor Espinosa, a faculty member affiliated with the International Institute for Nanotechnology (IIN), will receive the award during an October symposium in his honor at Washington University in St. Louis.
