The 2006 International Institute for Nanotechnology (IIN) Symposium brings together leading national and international researchers from academia, national labs, and industry. The broad objectives of this event are to highlight recent advances in the field of nanotechnology, and provide a forum for enhanced interactions and collaborations.
The IIN is a collaborative venture between Northwestern University and the Center for Nanoscale Materials at Argonne National Laboratory, which unites over $350 million in nanotechnology research, educational programs, and infrastructure under one umbrella.
The 2006 Symposium will showcase research in nanofabrication and characterization, bionanotechnology, functional self-assembled systems, and societal and ethical issues. This two-day event will be held at the Norris University Center located at 1999 Campus Drive, Evanston, IL.
There is no charge for attendance, but space is limited.
