The International Institute for Nanotechnology (IIN) is a global hub of excellence in the field of nanotechnology and currently unites over $600 million in nanotechnology research, educational programs, and supporting infrastructure.
Each year the IIN organizes and sponsors a symposium that brings together leading national and international researchers. The symposium provides a venue to enhance interactions and encourage collaborations.
This year the annual symposium will be held on:
Thursday, October 10th at the
Hilton Orrington Hotel in Evanston, IL
and feature the following distinguished speakers in order of appearance:
Mildred Dresselhaus, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Richard Kaner, University of California, Los Angeles
Hongkun Park, Harvard University
David Tirrell, California Insitute of Technology
James Tour, Rice University
At the close of the Symposium and streaming-live online,
Nanotechnology Town Hall on Energy and the Environment
will be held featuring:
Daniel Schrag, Harvard University
and moderated by Mark Ratner
Attendance at the 2013 IIN Symposium and the Nanotechnology Town Hall are free of charge due to the generous support from our sponsors, but space is limited and reservations are required. Please register early to assure your seat!
We look forward to seeing you there.
